Weekend at Enchanted Garden

Well, I have just had a lovely weekend at Enchanted Garden with a group of ladies from Garden City Miniatures Club. We had two projects to choose from,  either a clock (working, full size) with a room box beneath,  which we could decorate as we liked; or a twelfth scale (1inch to 1 foot) piano complete with tiny glitter village and trees on top.
Having already made a clock with room box (I made a craft room), for my mum's birthday,  I decided to make the piano.
The wood was pre cut by Linda, so all we had to do was sand, fit, sand and glue! It was my first time using a dremel which really is quite easy and fun.
We also had to cut the keyboard to size and glue in place.

The finishing touch to the piano was add some cute little castors to the bottom.
Then of course, make the cute little houses and church, glitter,  glitter and glitter!  Add snow, lights for the buildings. Stick the trees and buildings on. Done! Awesome.

I even had time to start another project.  Check out my next blog to see what it is.
